flawless skincare regimen with treatments used to keep skin young and hydrated

What exactly is a facial and what does it consist of? A facial is a beauty treatment for the skin on the face. The steps of a facial usually consist of; cleansing the skin, exfoliation, steam, extractions, soothing mask, toner, moisturizer, and SPF. The number one benefit to receiving facials on a regular basis is the anti-aging component! Who doesn’t want young, natural & glowing skin? Facials promote blood circulation which stimulates the collagen and elastin fibers. These fibers are so important to stimulate because these are the fine lines and wrinkle causing culprits. Bye bye wrinkles, hello facials!

Chemical Peel-

Chemical peels are great because they penetrate the skin even deeper than a regular facial would. This means the texture and evenness of the skin will improve significantly. Expect your skin to peel for about 4-5 days. The most common chemical peels are; Glycolic, Salycilic & Jessner’s (TCA) Peel.

The Hydrafacial uses an FDA approved device that exfoliates the dead skin cells via suction, while simultaneously penetrating the skin with serums that hydrate and moisturize. This is a great anti-aging facial that also targets uneven skin tone and the common breakout.

Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny crystals to exfoliate the skin and give it a softer and brighter appearance. This procedure targets acne scars and helps improve the texture of the skin.

Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive treatment to rejuvenate the skin. A device with fine needles creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin, which triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks.

Full Body Waxing-

The hairless trend continues and thanks to waxing! A reasonably priced procedure that helps remove unwanted hair from the root in minutes. The hair takes a full 3-4 weeks before needing to book another appointment and wax again. Brazilian & bikini waxes are among the most popular.

Lash Extensions-

Lash Extensions are semi-permanent fibers that are glued with a special adhesive to your own lashes to accentuate them. These last anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Galvanic Current-

A galvanic current uses a medium level direct current to infuse products deeper into the skin. This will help soften & nourish the skin, and is a great add on to any spa facial.

LED is also known as light therapy. These lights claim to boost collagen production and treat existing acne through the use of different wavelengths. This treatment is a great add on to any spa facial.
